This PR comprises the two upstream patches
which permit current versions of the Stan world (
rstan,StanHeaders, ...) to build against Eigen 5.0.* and that are not part of the Eigen 5.0.1 release that this RcppEigen repo has in its main branch.@eddelbuettel applied the first only, @SteveBronder applied both in #152.
